Common Questions
How long does shipping take?
We typically ship regular orders within 3-5 business days. Custom orders take a bit more time and will ship within 7-10 business days. Domestic shipping is usually delivered within 2-4 business days via our preferred carriers.
Can I get items in a different fabric?
Yes! If you have a fabric that you really want made into a certain item, please contact us. You will need to send your fabric to us as well as a list of what Items you would like to be made out of it. Any items made out of the fabric will receive a two dollar discount per item. Excess fabric will be returned if requested or used as possible for mystery items.
Please note: Any custom order can no longer be refunded after the fabric is cut. A grace period of one day (24 hours) is allotted for cancellations. After the grace period, cancellations will no longer be allowed.
Can I customize my banner order to be in a different font or size?
Absolutely! We offer custom banners in a set font and size of 6 inches but if you want a specific font or size, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements to see if we can accommodate your order.

What is the best way to care for my items?
To preserve the soft textures of our handmade essentials like our bibs, our burp cloths, and our wipe holders, we recommend washing them in cold water and air-drying or drying in a laundry bag in the dryer on low heat. For our custom banners or our pacifer clips, please spot clean or hand wash and absolutely air-dry. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
Are your items made locally?
Yes, all of our handmade baby essentials are crafted in our local workshop (aka my house). We believe in the quality and care that comes from a personal touch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
